Three more coronavirus-related deaths have been confirmed across Somerset in one day.
According to the latest figures released by Public Health England, three people died in North Somerset after being diagnosed with the virus.
A further 155 people have tested positive for Covid-19 in Somerset today (November 10).
Once again, Bath and North East Somerset saw the biggest jump in the region, with 58 new infections.
Over the last seven days, this district has recorded an increase of 422 cases, and two hospital deaths.
North Somerset also reported a significant rise, with 45 new cases.
In one week, this district has confirmed 509 cases, and four hospital deaths.
Across the South West, another 110 patients were admitted to hospital with coronavirus in just one day, bringing the total number of Covid-19 patients in hospital in the region currently to 673.
UK-wide, the number of people who died of coronavirus in the UK of the virus has risen by 532 in the latest 24-hour period, and daily cases have climbed by 20,412.
