Rockaway’s October Sunday Session features the usual lovely ingredients for a family-friendly vibe in a unique setting – delicious home-made vegan roasts, an arts market of local independent artists, crafters, makers and traders, plus free mental health advice (anonymous and off-grid) from the wonderful Sarah Lewis and Tracey Calvert of Normal Magic. Sarah & Tracey are also offering a free drop-in workshop for primary age children and their parents/guardians/carers. Informal, fun and inspirational, these sensory workshops offer a range of activities that use our sense of sound, sight, touch, taste, smell, body awareness and balance. There’s no need to book, just drop into the Rockaway classroom between 11.30am and 1.30pm to take part in this free sensory experience.
