"Roof had a leak and our upstairs was flooding, they fit me in the same day as the quote - which itself was very prompt. They were friendly and experienced, while also being outstanding in their explanation and documentation of the problem. They made sure to take pictures and videos to ensure that we understood the issue at hand and what they had done to fix and repair it, even going into detail on the materials and why they were using them. Compared to other quotes they were in-line with others for the work completed. However, they were the only ones to not insist that extra work be completed alongside, and instead gave a detailed breakdown of possible future repairs and an expected time frame for how long we could go without them. With mind of the economic climate, this was incredibly considerate and left me feeling confident in my choice to use them. I would wholeheartedly endorse them, and I am looking to use them again to replace the rest of the roof come next year
