There’s so much happening in Bath this weekend that I’m struggling to choose where to start. From wedding planning inspiration to live music, tours and day trips, here are the highlights I’ve picked out for 8–10 May 2026.
Grand Bath Wedding Fair
I’m tempted by the Grand Bath Wedding Fair, taking place at the Macdonald Bath Spa Hotel on Saturday 9 May. It’s free to enter, and it’s a good chance to meet local wedding suppliers, gather ideas and explore services covering everything from early inspiration to final touches. The hotel makes a lovely setting for this established showcase.

4 To Tha Floor – The Awesome Studio
If you’re in the mood for something lively, 4 To Tha Floor is on at The Awesome Studio on Saturday 9 May. It features young and emerging DJs with a mix of Tekno, Trance, Bassline and Garage. Worth checking the tickets page for entry details.

There’s also a Brazilian Party Night with Special Guest MDouglas, which looks like a fun option if you want something upbeat and different this weekend. Tickets and details are available here:

It’s always worth confirming timings and ticket details directly with organisers or venues.
