Kickboxing is an addictive type of aerobic and anaerobic cardio workout, attracting specially a large numbers of female newcomers.

It is one of the UK’s fastest-growing forms of exercise, Wutan Kickboxing combining the best techniques of self defence with explosive punching, kicking and wrestling skills of Traditional Kung Fu.
